Blogging Bendis

The problem with running a website devoted largely to one creator is that unless I’m doing reviews of past work, I kind of have to wait until Brian Michael Bendis does something worth blogging about.  Though I do get a Google Alert when his name pops up in the news, I’m not about to blog about every article someone writes about what he’s been writing on Twitter.

I follow Bendis on Twitter, but I imagine that if you’re here reading a blog about him you probably do as well.  So what’s the point? 

So I’ll just point out that in case you missed it Marvel announced last week that May 19th is going to be Avengers day [mvl].  That will tie into the post Seige relaunch of the Avengers titles including Avengers, New Avengers and Avengers Primefrom Bendis.  The books aren’t actually out on that day, so don’t get too excited.  Participating retailers will have some cool Avengers swag to give away though.
